A Note About Minnetonka Homes

Minnetonka has a lot of cedar siding — it's gorgeous, but it requires the right paint and prep to hold up well. Cedar is prone to tannin bleed-through if not properly primed, and the moisture exposure near the lake makes proper prep even more important.
